Change is hard, but with guidance and support, it is possible.  Through a combination of coaching exercises taken from positive psychology, habit research, and The Immunity to Change™ approach, we can work together to make sustainable and lasting progress on your change goals.


My approach is specifically designed to help people make changes that are important to them but have been resistant to even the best plans, intentions and attempts at sheer willpower.


Together we can uncover the subconscious beliefs and unexamined assumptions that are holding you back and get you past the place you always get stuck. 

Individual Coaching

Experience highly individualized guidance to reach your goals.  The full program typically takes anywhere from 4 to 6 months over approximately 8 to 10 sessions. Meetings are one hour every two to three weeks with about 1/2 hour to an hour of independent work between sessions.  They can take place in person or online.

Group Workshops

This 3-hour workshop provides a proven approach for a group or team of 4 to 10 people to explore their individual immunity to change regarding a particular goal.  You will leave with a list of specific approaches and activities that can help you make the shift you desire.

Free Consultation

During this 1/2 hour session, we will discuss the challenges you are facing and the ways that coaching can help as well as answer any questions you have about what is involved.

As long as I can remember, I've had a deep desire to help people get unstuck and lead better lives. Whether it was coaching gymnastics as a teenager, teaching elementary students at an alternative school, or training adults to use technology, the drive to help others has always been there. 


I came to coaching through a course in Adult Development taught by Robert Kegan at the Harvard Extension School.  I fell in love with his Immunity to Change (ITC) approach and his theories of Adult Development.  Using the ITC approach has made such a vast difference to my life and those of my clients.
